Most engineering teams don't know their weakest link until it breaks in production. Our DevOps Assessment reveals the hidden risks and warns you about the silent cost drains. As a result, your workflow becomes free from bottlenecks, and you face minimal incidents. Additionally, you walk away with a clear, prioritized roadmap your team can act on immediately.

WHAT WE DO

Our DevOps Assessment Services Cover Three Core Areas

Every engagement begins with a structured, hands-on health check spanning three critical dimensions of your engineering operation: the infrastructure, the delivery pipelines, and the operational maturity.

We don't run automated scanners and call it done. Our AI-empowered engineers work directly with your codebase, your pipeline configs, your cloud console, and your team. The result is a complete picture of where your system is healthy, where it's fragile, and where it's quietly burning money or engineering time.

Infrastructure Health Check

  • Cloud architecture review: Resource sizing, networking, security groups, and IAM
  • Availability and fault tolerance analysis: Single points of failure, redundancy gaps
  • Environment parity assessment: Drift between dev, staging, and production
  • Disaster recovery readiness: Backup coverage, RTO/RPO definitions, and runbooks

Our Promise

Fixes and Improvements We Will Deliver

Our DevOps assessment process and service package tell you exactly what is broken. The report given brings you clarity and gives a prioritized plan to fix the issues.

Clear and Lasting Solutions to Incidents

Know exactly where your system breaks down and who fixes it. This ensures recovery is a process, not a scramble.

Faster Shipping Without Fear

Clear the bottlenecks slowing your team down so releasing to production feels routine, not risky.

Make Staging Feel Like Production

Bring your environments into alignment so every deployment is predictable and rollbacks become rare.

Stop Paying for What You Don't Use

Get a line-by-line view of your cloud waste so every dollar you spend is working as hard as your team is.

OUR RANGE OF IMPACT

Industry We Service

We build domain-aligned digital products that thrive in their respective industries. Our build mindset is always to keep you future-ready and disruption-adaptive. We understand user behavior, compliance demands, and technical nuances. Each industry listed in our web app development services portfolio is not only for show; we are deeply involved in each one of them.

THE GEEKYANTS DIFFERENCE

DevOps Assessments by Engineering Teams that Have Built 1000+ Global Projects

Our experience from working on complex engineering projects has taught us that no two infrastructures are alike. However, the problems almost always are: misconfigured pipelines, invisible cost drains, environments that drift apart, and incident processes held together by institutional memory rather than documentation.

Our assessors bring pattern recognition that only comes from having seen it all. So your assessment isn't a generic checklist; it's a diagnosis built on real engineering experience.

Hands-on Engineers, Not Consultants

Our AI-enabled engineers and assessors have led DevOps transformations at scale

Business-aware Findings

Every risk is tied to cost, velocity, or reliability impact. That’s why we ensure engineering solutions to business problems.

Vendor-neutral Recommendations

We recommend what's right for you, not what we sell. If it is not necessary, we do not recommend it to drive up costs.

Actionable, Not Academic

The roadmap you get is specific enough to hand straight to an engineer.

Knowledge Transfer Included

We document findings so your team owns the outcome. The transfer was done with full clarity so no mishaps happen after delivery.

FAQs

FAQs About DevOps Assessment Services

A DevOps Assessment is a structured audit of your infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational processes. It uncovers risks, inefficiencies, and cost drains — and delivers a prioritized roadmap your team can act on immediately.

Most engagements run between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the size of your team, the complexity of your stack, and how many environments we need to review.

We work with whatever level of access your security policy allows. Read-only access to your cloud console, pipeline configs, and monitoring tools is typically sufficient to conduct a thorough assessment.

Minimal disruption. We typically need 2 to 3 working sessions with key engineers and access to your documentation. Most teams report spending less than 4 hours total across the engagement.

Especially for smaller teams. The less headcount you have, the more damage a hidden bottleneck or infrastructure risk can do. An assessment helps you punch above your weight by fixing the right things first.

You receive a written findings report, a prioritized improvement roadmap broken into 30, 60, and 90-day actions, a cloud cost audit, and a live readout session with your team to walk through everything.

A consultant typically comes in to build or operate. An assessment is diagnostic first — we tell you what needs fixing, in what order, and why, so you can make informed decisions about whether to fix it internally or bring in outside help.

We are vendor-neutral and work across AWS, GCP, and Azure, as well as a wide range of CI/CD tooling including GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI, and others. Our recommendations are always based on what's right for your context.

That's entirely your call. Some clients take the roadmap and execute internally. Others engage us to help implement specific fixes. Either way, the assessment stands alone as a complete, actionable deliverable.

On average, our assessments uncover 35% in recoverable cloud spend and identify pipeline inefficiencies that cost engineering teams dozens of hours per month. Most clients recover the cost of the assessment within the first 60 days of acting on the roadmap.
