Some APIs, including the withdrawal flow, were not delivered on time, creating integration bottlenecks. Unclear flow clarifications, evolving requirements, and inconsistent Swagger documentation added further delays, so GeekyAnts reprioritized sprint deliverables while waiting for delayed API access. Ensuring KYC, payments, and geolocation compliance required frequent testing and close collaboration with Mavrik's team, so GeekyAnts conducted regression and compliance testing in each sprint. Multiple stakeholders across backend, compliance, and DevOps functions required tighter coordination to avoid misaligned expectations and delayed approvals, so GeekyAnts maintained close collaboration with Mavrik's team throughout API integration.

SOLUTION
GeekyAnts built a scalable, compliance-ready frontend for Mavrik's igaming casino web application using Next.js. The team used React Query to manage API data fetching and state synchronization, integrated Veriff for KYC, connected Paysafe and AptPay for secure deposit and withdrawal flows, and implemented Pusher and Radar to support real-time notifications and jurisdiction-based access control. The application was deployed through AWS Amplify for streamlined frontend hosting, updates, and scaling.
Backend services, infrastructure, APIs, and design remained under Mavrik's ownership. GeekyAnts' scope focused on delivering the frontend foundation and integrating client-provided systems into a production-ready casino experience.
