OUR SOLUTION
We set out to build a secure, user-friendly, and scalable mobile application for King Lottery, focused on enhancing user experience and simplifying lottery participation.
The solution was designed to include:
1. Mobile-first design โ Delivered a complete UI/UX tailored for lottery users, ensuring seamless navigation and intuitive flows.
2. Secure authentication โ Integrated biometric login, M-PIN, OTP, and social sign-ins to ensure multi-layer security.
3. Wallet & KYC systems โ Built wallet functionalities with add money, withdrawals, and transaction history, along with full and partial KYC compliance using PAN verification.
4. Lottery features โ Implemented ticket purchasing, real-time result tracking, live draw links, and push notifications with topic-based targeting.
5. Payment integration โ Used Cashfree Payment Gateway, with fallback to JS SDK for Android to ensure seamless production deployment.
6. Agile execution โ Followed an iterative sprint model with QA testing, CI/CD for iOSย (TestFlight), manual Android builds, and client-assisted UAT.ย
The outcome is a modern, scalable mobile platform designed for secure lottery operations and future gaming expansions.
