BUSINESS
REQUIREMENT

The client required a unified digital infrastructure to solve the inefficiencies of a fragmented industry where inventory, equipment, routes, and leads were managed through isolated, often offline, systems.

  • Fragmented Industry: Operations are split across distributor relationships, vendor networks, and manual CRM tracking.
  • Intelligence Gap: No centralized data for sales or operational performance.
  • Scalability: Need for a multi-actor system handling operators, vendors, distributors, and logistics. 

SOLUTION

We designed a modular B2B ecosystem combining five core domains into one platform. We architected a multi-domain backend using NestJS and PostgreSQL to handle complex transactional modeling. The solution integrated Stripe for subscription-driven revenue and established data pipelines for real-time vending machine analytics.

We unified fragmented industry workflows by consolidating procurement, growth pipelines, and asset acquisition into a centralized dashboard. To support this, we engineered a multi-actor coordination layer that serves operators, vendors, and logistics partners simultaneously.

We developed a transaction-heavy backend to manage high-volume orders, subscriptions, and route listings with production-grade stability. Finally, we bridged the operational intelligence gap by building data ingestion pipelines that transform raw machine data into actionable sales insights.

OUR APPROACH

We established clear service boundaries for orders, fulfillment, and billing by applying domain-driven design to the core architecture. Within this framework, we developed specialized modular engines for route marketplaces, inventory procurement, and equipment acquisition.

To drive growth, we integrated a dedicated CRM suite, VendLead, which enables location-based lead discovery and comprehensive lifecycle tracking. Finally, we implemented sync monitoring and consolidated analytics dashboards to transform raw machine data into actionable performance insights.
