Customer Experience and Onboarding
We build reliable payment systems that handle every major transfer type, from instant small payments to large bulk transfers. Our tech manages millions of transactions every day with a 99.6% success rate, providing tracking for every dollar and a secure way to manage paused or on-hold transactions.
Stop losing customers to Onboarding friction.

Banks lose 40–60% of prospective customers at the first onboarding step. The reasons are long, form-heavy flows, OTP failures without fallback, delayed verification, and no visibility into progress. Every abandoned registration is wasted acquisition spend.
We design onboarding around these failure points. SSV/SMV failover keeps registration moving when SMS delivery breaks. SIM binding secures sessions to the user’s device. Parallel KYC runs checks simultaneously, reducing approvals from days to minutes. Real-time progress indicators give users clarity — preventing drop-offs caused by uncertainty.

Our Customer Experience and Onboarding Services
Failover Registration
We implement intelligent failover logic where registration continues even if SMS delivery fails, ensuring users reach the next step regardless of carrier reliability.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Integrated support for Net Banking credentials, Debit Card verification, and Biometric authentication—configurable as standalone factors or multi-layered combinations.
SIM Binding and Device Fingerprinting
We tie session authentication to the user's registered SIM and device, drastically reducing account takeover (ATO) risks at the point of registration.
Real-Time KYC Status Tracking
Visual progress indicators that show users exactly where their verification stands, effectively reducing drop-offs caused by process uncertainty.
Customizable Dashboard Contexts
We design Basic and Advanced configurations that allow banks to surface specific information density based on user segments or account types.
Multi-Applicant Support
Seamlessly handle joint account onboarding within a single, unified flow without routing users to secondary processes or external links.

Production-proven implementations with enterprise-grade architecture.
We ensure UI consistency with bank-mandated design standards. Redux Toolkit manages complex multi-step flow state, users can move forward, go back, and return to incomplete applications without data loss, ensuring continuity across the entire onboarding journey.

React Native Keychain handles secure credential storage. Native iOS and Android modules manage SIM binding at the hardware level, outside the application layer, where it can be tampered with, adding a hardened authentication boundary.

Onboarding flows connect directly to the core system, with no middleware layer that creates reconciliation overhead or introduces sync delays, enabling real-time data validation and account provisioning.

FAQs About Our Customer Experience and Onboarding Service
SSV (Server-Side Verification) and SMV (SIM-based Mobile Verification) are two separate authentication pathways. When SMS delivery fails — due to carrier issues, number porting delays, or network congestion — the failover switches the user to an alternative verification path automatically. Without this, a failed OTP delivery ends the session, and the user abandons. With it, the registration continues. In high-volume onboarding environments, SMS failure rates alone account for a material share of drop-off.
SIM binding registers the user's SIM card identity alongside their account credentials during onboarding. On subsequent logins, the system cross-references the active SIM against the registered one. A SIM swap — where an attacker transfers a victim's number to a new SIM — is detected at authentication rather than after a fraudulent transaction. It operates through native iOS and Android modules, outside the application layer, which makes it harder to spoof.
Scope determines timeline. A greenfield onboarding flow built on React Native with Oracle Banking Platform integration — covering MFA, KYC tracking, and SIM binding — typically runs eight to fourteen weeks from architecture sign-off to production. Engagements that involve migrating an existing onboarding flow have a discovery phase that adds two to four weeks before the build begins.
We have production experience with the Oracle Banking Platform. For other core banking systems — Finacle, Temenos, FIS — integration feasibility depends on the API surface available. We assess this during the discovery phase before committing to a delivery timeline.
KYC data is processed in parallel checks rather than sequentially, which is what reduces approval time. Data handling follows the compliance requirements of the jurisdiction — DPDP in India, GDPR, where applicable. We do not store raw KYC documents beyond the verification window. The specifics of data residency and retention are scoped to each client's regulatory obligations during the engagement.
Off-the-shelf SDKs handle one layer — typically the identity verification check. They do not manage the state of a multi-step flow, the fallback logic when a verification step fails, the integration into the core banking record, or the dashboard visibility that a bank needs to monitor completion rates. Our implementations cover the full flow, including the failure paths that SDKs leave to the bank to figure out.
Yes. The implementation uses React Native for the shared application layer with native iOS and Android modules, where the security requirements — SIM binding, biometric authentication, keychain storage — require platform-level access that a cross-platform layer cannot provide.
The system is handed over production-ready, benchmarked, and documented. Your team can maintain and extend it independently. We do not build on proprietary frameworks that require ongoing vendor involvement to operate. If your team wants a formal support arrangement post-launch, that is a separate conversation.
