Identify and reduce drop-offs across landing pages, forms, and lead-nurturing journeys. **Analytics and Reporting** Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising dashboards, CRM data, and attribution tools. Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting performance, insights, challenges, and recommended actions. Monitor metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generated, CAC, and revenue contribution. Analyse campaign and CRM data to determine which channels, audiences, and messages generate the highest-quality opportunities. Ensure accurate campaign tracking, UTM implementation, conversion events, and attribution. **Experimentation and Growth** Conduct structured experiments across campaign messaging, targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, offers, and landing pages. Run A/B tests and document the hypothesis, results, learnings, and next steps. Identify new advertising channels, audience segments, and campaign opportunities. Stay updated on platform changes, advertising trends, privacy regulations, AI-enabled marketing tools, and B2B growth strategies. Use AI and automation tools to improve campaign creation, analysis, optimisation, and reporting. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality, sales feedback, opportunity progression, and revenue outcomes.
