UX Research for an Online Charity Collection Platform and Designing UI for their Mobile App and Website
This client was based in the USA and they had a Charity Donation Platform where anyone and come on their platform and donate to any charity they want but they were facing difficulties because people were coming to their platform but were not utilizing their services and uninstalling their applications.
Our goal was to identify the flaws in their current platform and suggest a solution based on the research we did. We conducted UX research to understand the pain points and frustrations our stakeholders and users were facing. In the UX research, we interviewed our stakeholders and users to understand their goals and pain points. Based on that we came up with user personas and an empathy map. We also analyzed their existing product by doing a Heuristics Evaluation to identify the usability problems. Then after finding the goals/motivations and frustrations/pain points of our users we conducted a brainstorming session to come up with possible solutions to those problems.
Based on that we proposed them with an improvised Information Architecture and User flow.
After finishing the research phase we moved on to the design phase where we worked on designing the wireframe and UI for their Mobile application and website. We were continuously updating the client about the progress and took their feedback while designing the UI.

Key design points:
A. User Research.
B. Stakeholder Research.
C. Design Thinking.
D. Brainstorming.
E. Wireframing.
F. UI Design for Mobile App and Website.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Understanding what are the problems our Users & Stakeholders are facing.
2. Conducting User and Stakeholder Research- User/Stakeholder Interviews.
3. Analyzing their existing website and mobile application.
4. Conducting Competitor Analysis.
5. Presenting them with a revised information architecture and user flow based on UX Research.
6. Designing wireframes based on user/ stakeholder research and client feedback.
7. Designing high-fidelity UI for Mobile apps and Websites according to the requirements. A few revisions were also done based on the client’s feedback.

Online Store for Furniture & Home Decor
The client was an online marketplace for furniture shopping in India that sells Furniture, Home Decor, Lamps, Furnishings, Homeware, and more at the best prices. The requirement was to revisit their existing Website and Design System and document components & patterns for the responsive screens in all screen breakpoints (Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile). It also included the addition of some new components. The older Design System had very basic components.
We followed Atomic Design Methodology to create their design system and our team contributed task force to redefine the brand & explore multiple concepts to elevate the Design System. Led responsive designs focusing on five different platforms (Web, Laptop, Tablet-Landscape, Tablet-Portrait, and Mobile) This project involved working with stakeholders on creating High fidelity screens for all the screen breakpoints.

Key design points:
A. Multi-Platform (Responsive Design).
B. Atomic Design System.
C. Patterns.
D. Documentation.
E. UI Design.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Understanding & Analysing old designs (Web & Mobile).
2. Setting up the Foundation (Typography, Colours, Layout & Grids).
3. Creating Component sets, Variants & Mockups.
4. Iterating Designs based on Business requirements & Client feedback.

Game App
The client came to us with an idea in mind for a gaming app and wanted us to design their app. We started this project by doing market research to understand what are the things present in the market and what are they offering. Based on that we were able to compile an information architecture and user flow. Then after certain feedback and improvements that the client wanted we were able to freeze the user flow. The next step was to do the wireframing based on the client's feedback and once the wireframing was done we explored a few UI designs iteration and finalized what we can push into development.

Key design points:
A. UI Design.
B. Wireframing.
C. Competitive Analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Our goal was to design the UI for the gaming app.
2. Do market research to understand what features our competitors offer.
3. Define information architecture and user flows.
4. Document all the UI elements.
