The client was managing memberships, ticketing, supporter engagement, and match-day operations across multiple disconnected systems, creating significant administrative overhead and inconsistent fan experiences. The platform also needed to support real-time match-day traffic without performance issues, handle complex Stripe subscription updates without disrupting active memberships, and synchronize supporters across linked groups while preserving each group's unique identity.
To address these challenges, we built a unified supporter management platform, implemented a scalable data architecture with cached match-day services, created a flexible subscription management system, and developed a linked-group framework that balances shared membership data with independent community experiences.
