Financial services products have different engineering demands across banking, fintech, payments, insurance, lending, and wealth management. Banks may need to modernize core systems without interrupting transactions. Payment platforms need reliable routing across high transaction volumes. Lending products connect onboarding, risk assessment, repayments, and financial data. Wealth platforms must support investment journeys while protecting customer information.
At GeekyAnts, our BFSI experience spans these parts of the financial services sector. We have worked on legacy modernization, digital banking, payment infrastructure, fintech applications, lending products, insurance systems, and investment platforms. Our BFSI portfolio includes platforms handling more than 50 million transactions per day and banking ecosystems supporting more than five million active users.
Our Experience in Banking
Our banking work covers customer-facing products and the systems behind them. We have worked on mobile banking modernization, customer onboarding, retail banking, credit products, regulatory migrations, and core banking systems.
Core banking modernization forms a key part of this experience. In one engagement, we modernized legacy SOAP/XML services using Golang, gRPC, and multi-tier caching. Response times fell from 500 ms to 220 ms, while the modernized architecture delivered 10x higher throughput. Our approach supports phased modernization, where legacy capabilities can move behind APIs and modular services without replacing the entire core at once.
Our banking work also includes an RBI-mandated domain migration for a large Indian private bank, where more than 100 partner integrations were migrated without customer disruption. For another banking engagement, we worked on a digital application designed to help younger customers manage spending, loans, and linked debit cards.
Our Experience in Fintech
Fintech products often combine financial workflows with consumer-facing digital experiences. Our work in this space covers onboarding, KYC, dashboards, payments, wallets, internal platforms, cloud infrastructure, and mobile applications.
Our fintech portfolio includes products built for financial management, investment, mortgages, crypto payments, and cross-border transactions. The banking application we worked on for an Indian finance company, for example, brought spending management, financial insights, loans, and debit card access into a mobile product.
This work gives us experience across both product development and the infrastructure required to support financial applications after launch.
Our Experience in Payments and Digital Wallets
Our payments work spans UPI, digital wallets, cross-border transactions, payment integrations, routing, and high-volume transaction infrastructure.
Across our BFSI portfolio, payment systems contribute to platforms handling more than 50 million transactions each day. Our experience also includes a global payment processing platform handling more than 400 million payments per year.
We have worked with payment integrations and transaction flows involving UPI and other payment rails. This experience covers the customer journey used to initiate a payment as well as the infrastructure responsible for routing, processing, recording, and monitoring transactions.
Our Experience in Insurance
Insurance products bring policy administration, claims, underwriting, servicing, customer journeys, security, and regulatory requirements into the same technology environment.
Our BFSI engineering portfolio covers these areas for insurers and embedded insurance teams. We work on modernizing policy, claims, underwriting, and servicing journeys while accounting for compliance and financial data security. Insurance companies, including Goosehead Insurance, are represented within our broader BFSI portfolio.
Our public material contains less project-level detail for insurance than for banking, lending, payments, and wealth management, so our published experience in this area focuses on the engineering capabilities we provide to insurance teams.
Our Experience in Lending
Our lending work covers loan origination, KYC, risk assessment, document processing, servicing, repayment workflows, and connections with financial systems.
Sprive provides one example. We worked with the UK mortgage fintech on a mortgage planning application for iOS and Android. The product brought mortgage information, transaction history, payments, mortgage calculations, biometric authentication, and financial service integrations into the customer experience.
The engagement reflects the broader requirements of lending products, where customer journeys must connect with payment systems, identity checks, financial data, and lending workflows.
Our Experience in Wealth Management
Our wealth management work includes investment platforms, portfolio management, KYC, financial goal creation, recurring investments, risk assessment, and multi-account experiences.
For Bambu, a Singapore-based wealth technology company, we worked on the frontend of its mobile and web applications. The product included portfolio views, recurring savings plans, multiple-account management, and financial risk calculations.
Our work with Elever focused on a goal-based investment platform and included mobile applications for investment and portfolio management, KYC flows, financial goal creation, and portfolio generation.
Across banking, fintech, payments, insurance, lending, and wealth management, our experience covers both customer-facing financial products and the systems that support them. For teams evaluating GeekyAnts as a BFSI engineering partner, these projects show our experience working across the sector, from modernizing banking infrastructure to building payment, lending, and investment products.
