The Most Amazing...

....thing I have done is created a mobile application from scratch that allows tenants to manage their home rental accounts. It will integrate with existing housing management solutions, generating significant efficiencies and cost savings for landlords in both the social and private rental sectors.

Projects
Housing Management App for Tenants
In this project I have created a mobile application for tenants and CLI tool which will help in generating the white-labeled apps for different sets of Tenants. In this the Tenant can do the messaging with landlords, Pay rent, Report any Repairs, fill surveys for feedback, participate in the events, and even report any anti-social behavior to their landlords, the tenant will be notified about any main event using the push notifications. Here I lead a team of 4 people.

Web Portal for Tenant and Landlords
In this, I have created two web portals one for Tenants and one for Landlords both of them white-labeled using the CLI tool which we built. We have used Next Js, with Typescript for the front end. In this, the tenant can communicate with the landlord for any queries related to society and can participate in events happening in the society, Pay Rent, Report repairs, etc.
In the Landlord Web portal, landlords can keep track of all the data of their tenants like sending the messages, Report Repairs summary, Rent history, and handle user management by adding/removing new managers, creating and distributing events and surveys for different tenants and tenant groups.
Tech Stacks: NextJs, Typescript, Redux, Redux-saga, Tailwind, NodeJs.
Asset Model Engineering Tool
This project is for a leading digital technology company which helps in digitalizing different parts of the industry through their applications.
In this project I have created an Engineering tool from scratch using ReactJS for the front end and Fabric JS for the canvas-related part. In this, the user can draw models on the canvas by dragging and dropping the function and objects on the canvas and can make connections to define the workflows.
