One-stop-solution for the Healthcare Needs of Medically Complex ChildrenThe client wanted to develop a single application for medically complex children and their parents. The app would solve the numerous challenges caregivers and families face when accessing quality healthcare facilities for their children with special needs.

OUR APPROACH
Ace POC. Build With Time and Material Model.From the initial stages, the client wanted a team and a Project Manager to work on a PoC for the project. The PoC was done to test video calling and chat functionality implementation using Twilio. The PoC was successful; our team started working full-time on the application.

Interactive Widget with Optimized User FlowThe project was completed within the designated timelines, and all the features planned were deployed within a short turnaround window. Implementation of the project went smoothly, and the client had no problem adopting it into their workflow.

We used only those third-party solutions that did not break security rules. For example, we encrypted the redux store using MMKV storage.
The team experimented with OKTA service for authentication & authorization. The initial analysis helped the team understand the service better and work accordingly.
We implemented features like SSL certificate pinning, disabling custom keyboards, removing app storage after excessive unsuccessful login attempts, and biometric authentication to follow those guidelines.
We used React Native's netinfo package to listen to network reachability and cutoffs and then re-initiating chat instances.
Used build scheme for iOS and product flavors for Android. After this, we were able to test the same app in different environments at the same time.
We used native libraries wrapper with React Native library to keep the call active and an audio flag was used in the info settings of Xcode.
