We faced several challenges in streamlining the translation process for the client's global railway division. The manual translation workflow was slow, causing delays in communication, and maintaining document formatting during translation was difficult. 

Additionally, integrating the new system with the client’s existing digital infrastructure was critical for smooth operations. Secure storage and easy access to translated documents were also a priority.

On the design side, we created a streamlined, user-friendly interface accessible via web, mobile, and MS Teams. This interface allowed users to quickly upload, translate, and manage documents in a seamless workflow. Additionally, the system was integrated into the client's Railway Business Transformation Platform for secure user authentication and access control.
