Christmas is a time to explore the spirit of giving and to spend some quality time relaxing and celebrating with friends and family. While this year was a roller-coaster of ups and downs, we made the most out of this opportunity to collectively celebrate as a family and enjoy the festive mood, even if we had to do it virtually.

"Some Christmas tree ornaments do more than glitter and glow, they represent a gift of love given a long time ago."

The pandemic might have prevented us from gathering together physically to celebrate this yuletide as we once used to but we decked our halls and hearts to make this beloved season a time of memories. We flaunted our workspaces to reflect the spirit of Christmas and decorated our mantels with greenery and vibrant ribbons to celebrate a new beginning with the renewed hope of normalcy returning to our lives. Nothing can be too bad when a Christmas tree is around and we brightened ours up by accessorising it with ornaments and bedecking it with twinkling lights which imparted a warm and cozy glow.

"I love the Christmas-tide, and yet, I notice this, each year I live; I always like the gifts I get, But how I love the gifts I give!"

“Tis the season of giving and we brought in good tidings through the Secret Santa program which we held this year. While this tradition had long been celebrated at GeekyAnts, what made it different this time was the way we encouraged our Geeks to add sparkle to their peers' lives by enlisting on a virtual platform where they could exchange gifts.

"And that, of course, is the message of Christmas. We are never alone. Not when the night is darkest, the wind coldest, the world seemingly most indifferent..."

It had been a couple of years since we could meet to make merry for this festive season and while we hope to see each other again soon, we can only be grateful that we could celebrate this time together virtually and be thankful for everything that we have received this year.

We hope you had a great holiday season as well and however you celebrated, you had an experience worth remembering with your loved ones.
