BUSINESS REQUIREMENT
Liviit envisioned a web app that offers the combined functionalities of leading social media platforms, all within a more secure and private environment. Improving user engagement through enhanced experience while ensuring technical resilience was one of the key things they're looking for. CHALLENGES IN EXECUTION & SOLUTIONS
We encountered challenges with communication and task management complexities as well as managing the timeline for the entire project.
We had to assign tasks, monitor progress, and track the project's overall health, but the absence of standardized tools created a bottleneck.
The project initially followed a fixed timeline model, which might not have been ideal for a complex social media and communication solution.
Integrating typographies into the design system was a challenges as most existing typographies were to be retained, with new styles added later in the project.
The initial plan of designing for 3 breakpoints was challenged when 2 additional breakpoints became necessary.
OUR SOLUTION
We built a feature-rich web app offering functionalities like private hubs for secure communication, social networks for connection, to-do lists for organization, and a user-friendly interface accessible to all age groups. To achieve this, we employed reverse engineering to streamline the process of creating responsive screens.

OUR APPROACH
Initially we followed a fixed timeline model for a comprehensive social media and communication solution. Later, we moved to a time and material model as per the scope and requirements of the project.
- We upgraded the tech stack from RoR to React Native, given the sheer versatility of the framework, with AWS S3 and Exchange Server in the backend.

RESULTS
Liviit's web app development is in full swing, with ongoing efforts successfully reducing device dependency and boosting accessibility. This focus on user privacy and inclusivity paves the way for increased connectivity, which remain the project's objective.
