Job Description :

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment.
  • To ensure that recruitment and selection procedures and practice meet operational needs,legislative and good practice requirements.
  • Communicate with the management to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans.
  • Responsible for preparing JDs and trackers as and when required
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedures.
  • Maintain job posting and coordinate with external sources
  • Build networks to find qualified candidates.
  • Review applicants to evaluate their qualifications and whether they meet the positionrequirements.
  • To conduct initial screening of CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews.
  • To manage the administration of all recruitment records, ensuring that these are complete,accurate and up-to-date.
  • Salary Negotiations.

    Recruitment Manager Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment
  • Familiarity with HR practices
  • Exemplary communication skills both oral and written
  • Consistently meets deadlines
  • Thrives under pressure
  • Comfortable with some travel
