India's largest Angular conference was held on 21st May 2022. It was the fourth edition of the much-awaited event that occurred after a gap year in 2021 due to the pandemic. This year, the venue was a convention hall at The Leela Palace, which lived up to its name to add to the grandeur of this conference. It provided everything required to make an event successful, including the right environment to meet old friends and new ones from the industry.
Neeraj Sinha, Manav Goel, and Saurabh Srivastava from our GeekyAnts team attended and were grateful to be a part of this prodigious conference. They witnessed all that unfolded at this event with awe, right from the keynote to the endnote. The star speakers of this edition of ng-India discussed `this`, Lazy Loading in Angular, measuring user experience with core web vitals, integrating web components with Angular, multitenant applications with Angular, and all things Angular. The amount of knowledge and guidance we received from the speakers is unparalleled and helped our representatives strive to achieve more.
Some of the addresses that our representatives at this conference found remarkable include the following. Akshay Saini, an Engineer at Uber, shared valuable insights about one of the most confusing topics in JavaScript, i.e., `this.` He explained how `this` works at length with the help of use cases and examples in codes. While Stanimira Vlaeva, Developer Advocate at MongoDB, helped us understand GraphQL. She thoughtfully explained how we can use GraphQL in our code and how it helps improve performance.
The next remarkable speaker at the event was Nishu Goel, Web Engineer at epilot GmbH, who explained to us how to build a Microfrontends (MFE) App from scratch. It involves building semi-independent UI frontend components by different teams using different technologies. She took us through a step-by-step guide to help us understand this process in detail. After rounds of discussions with breaks for refreshments in between, we finally came to the end of the event. It was a great learning experience for all attendees.
Angular is and will continue to be one of the most functional web frameworks used by industry leaders. ng-India being the biggest Angular conference will continue to attract enthusiasts from the community and add to their knowledge base every time. With a zest for learning and achieving more by implementing new applications at work, our team concluded our participation in this event.
We fondly look forward to the next edition of ng-India and all the knowledge that it will bring to build a robust community and bring about technical advancements in every sector.
