After years of an arduous and rewarding journey in the IT industry, filled with new achievements and learning opportunities, we are now recognized by elite media houses as one of Indiaโ€™s most innovative businesses. At one such feature on ET Now, GeekyAnts was represented by none other than our MD, Kumar Pratik, and CEO, Sanket Sahu.

We discussed how a small step of buying a new device called a computer in the late 1980s led to the creation of a brand that provides outstanding software development services globally. With the cardinal purpose of helping developers and the community to achieve more, we continue perfecting our vision to empower people to do things every day.

We also showcased how the 80-20% model of consulting and R&D has been successfully helping us generate revenue while figuring out how to improve our work and utilize technology better. The strategy of building tools, leveling up skills, and employing the right talent to do the job has helped us build this company from the ground up.

We attributed our success to the relentless efforts of our young and talented employees. We spoke about how they have also adopted and added to our open workplace culture, which has helped us to balance our workload and the fun side of things. Without our driven and enthusiastic employees who love to make the most of every opportunity, this success would not have been possible.

In the end, we concluded with a grateful thank you to the community for taking us where we are todayโ€”looking forward to the future with the resolution to keep giving our best!
