Our experience and our commitment towards delivering excellence makes us the right choice for your tech needs. We have been pioneers in the industry since 2006 and have helped digitally transform over 400+ businesses with over 500+ digital solutions, who have graced us with laurels and 4.8/5 rating on Clutch and other platforms. We are also registered service suppliers of Google since 2017 and are credible tech-partners for over 20+ billion dollar companies and industry giants.
Absolutely! We, at GeekyAnts, believe in cultivating ideas and building interesting solutions for our clients. If you have an idea that you want to build upon, we can help you nurture it by having discussions about it, involving our expert teams to analyze your ideas and create user stories, Business Requirement Documents, wireframes and designs and conduct user research to find the right direction for your idea, before moving on to involve our tech teams to develop, deploy and maintain your product, with constant monitoring and management throughout the life cycle.
With designs and wireframes for an idea built, we can generate estimates on the basis of the features that will be a part of the overall product. From those estimates, you can phase out and prioritize features and parts that are central and those that are additional. You can even opt to build an MVP of your product to get things rolling. You can choose between the Scrum model or Fixed Scope model based on your requirements and we can get to development. In case you have wireframes only, we can help you design your screens as well.
Yes! We do have Staff Augmentation (Resource Augmentation) model in place as engagement model of choice. This is an Hourly Rate based model that involves a team of experts with the required expertise to work closely with you on your projects. The only requirement to engage in this model is an extensive Job Description document for us to build a team for you that is fit for the job. Billing is done on the basis of the time spent on the project.
We have three engagement models that we work with. They are: Agile Model, Fixed Cost Model and Resource (Staff) Augmentation Model. You can read more in depth about which model can suit you in this article

Maintaining confidentiality with our clients is our utmost priority and we have process in place to ensure that critical information and your ideas are safe and yours. We encourage signing a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before engaging in discussions to maintain confidentiality. We can also consider signing NDAs that our clients may have from their end.
We ensure that all data and details shared between us and our clients is well protected and all the legalities of our engagement are taken care of. We sign two major documents; a Master Service Agreement (MSA), which is a legal document between the two organizations acting as a proof of work and a Statement Of Work (SoW), which is a legal document for specific projects that are initiated.
While collaborating with GeekyAnts, the stakeholders that you will work with are hugely influenced by the engagement model chosen for the run of the project. For example, if a Staff Augmentation model is chosen, it's likely that you will be interacting with developers, QA or designers directly based on the requirement. Meanwhile, a project running on a Fixed Cost and Timeline Model will have a team consisting of the tech team and BA spearheaded by a Project Manager. The newly introduced Scrum Model, a globally popular engagement model, generally employs a team consisting of the Scrum Master, Product Owner and the rest of the scrum team.
It is of utmost importance to provide the best client experience for our partners, and to ensure this it is significant to see that the project development is progressing smoothly. To streamline this process, we have an Account Manager whose role it is to overlook that the project is running smoothly, while keeping our partners in loop about the progress and maintaining a strong relationship with them.
In the web application development vertical, we have partnered up with high-profile clients and built dashboards, inventory management apps, asset trackers, healthcare industry and much more.
GeekyAnts has come up with many avant-garde mobile applications during our many collaborations with our partners. Our expertise in the field has led us to design state-of-the-art apps for multiple industries like healthcare, e-commerce, real estate, travel and hospitality and more.
We follow a customized development process that ensures the best result at project completion. First, a thorough project requirements analysis is done, and a roadmap is charted out. Development methodologies are then discussed and finalized. After confirmation from all stakeholders, the project begins.
The steps are as follows:
- Finalization of the wireframe and mockups
- Breakdown of the requirements into tasks
- Task estimation of the project
- Sprint planning by the Business Analyst and Tech Lead
- Writing and testing of the code
- Quality analysis of the result
- Raising pull requests (PR) on GitHub
- Pull request review and merging
- Deployment of the app
- Maintenance of the app (including updates and bug fixes)
At every step of the process, we gather feedback from all stakeholders and ensure that the app aligns with the business requirements. We also ensure that we follow platform-specific guidelines and best practices to ensure that the app meets the standards of the App Store or Play Store, upon release.
