Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing purchasing and assets management strategies
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs
- Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets
- Raising PO as per requirement and doing follow-up
- Bill Passing
- Handling all office and Administration Work
- Sorting and sending mail
- Vendor Management
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling
- Supervising the assets management and flow in the organization
Required Skill Sets:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must know how to use Google to find solutions, independently
- Good analysis skills with a better understanding of requirements.
- Min 5 years of experience in the same field
