Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing purchasing and assets management strategies
  • Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc
  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation
  • Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs
  • Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery
  • Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications
  • Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets
  • Raising PO as per requirement and doing follow-up
  • Bill Passing
  • Handling all office and Administration Work
  • Sorting and sending mail
  • Vendor Management
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling
  • Supervising the assets management and flow in the organization

Required Skill Sets:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must know how to use Google to find solutions, independently
  • Good analysis skills with a better understanding of requirements.
  • Min 5 years of experience in the same field
