Responsibilities:

  • Email / Phone / in-person communication and follow-up with leads
  • Requirement collection and analysis
  • Setting up and attending online meetings with leads for requirement collection
  • Understanding and simplifying the business requirements
  • Estimation and ballparking of requirements
  • Communication and coordination with the technical team
  • Visiting client offices / arrange meetings in GeekyAnts office
  • Preparing resumes and arranging developer interviews with the clients
  • Presenting a project pitch with timeline, team and cost estimate
  • Negotiation and agreement of estimate
  • Formal proposal preparation
  • RFP / RFQ preparation
  • Preparing the milestone plan and Statement of Work
  • Arranging the project kick-off
  • End to end high-level accounting and communication with the client
  • Recording and presenting and sales data on a regular basis
  • Updating the business support data such as portfolio and case studies
  • Outbound lead generation via email / phone / business meetings
  • Client relationship management
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database of prospective client information
  • Collaborating with the technical team to secure, retain, and grow clients
  • Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Skills and Eligibility:

  • Very strong communication skills
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Public speaking skills
  • BE / Btech in CS Or MBA (Optional, but a plus)
  • Similar experience in a software services/product firm for at least a year
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
